Thyroid Assessment Visit #1: Meet Dr. Puckette & Initial Screening – FREE
In this first 30-minute visit, we encourage you to bring any medical documentation you have with you to the consultation. Dr. Puckette will listen, really listen, to your concerns regarding your health and he will explain his approach so you have a clear understanding of what his methods are to better health. He will then perform a neurological screen to determine if what he does will work for you. If you do not pass this screen, it means his methods will not help you. If we can help, we will send you home with a DVD, a new patient application, and information on possible lab work.
Thyroid Assessment Visit #2: Lab Work & Comprehensive Neurological Exam – $250 plus cost of lab tests
If you have chosen to have lab work performed we must have those results and your new patient application before your second visit. At this visit, Dr. Puckette will perform a comprehensive neurological exam to determine proper brain integration. This process takes about 1 hour and costs $250.00. Please wear a t-shirt and shorts to this exam to allow for ease of movement.
Thyroid Assessment Visit #3: Recommend Treatment Protocol – Fee included with visit #2
Dr. Puckette will explain the results of your examination and interpret your lab work. This visit will take approximately 1 hour. He will advise on a course of care and treatment fees will be discussed at that time.

- If you don’t try this, then what is your plan? If conventional medicine hasn’t helped to this point, what makes you hopeful that will change?
