Try These Reflex Points to Improve Your Immune System!

Reflex points can help your body reset the immune system and lower stress. Watch the video above to find neurolympahtic points that can be stimulated to improve your immune system and lungs.

Finding the reflex points

The reflex points we’re using today are found in the middle of the body on the chest. Try to feel where the collarbone attaches to the breastbone. Below that and one inch out to the sides are the reflex points. Feel where your ribs connect to the breastbone and find the space underneath the first rib.

Once you find the spot, place light pressure onto the point for 30 seconds, on both sides of the chest. This area may be tender, meaning that you are holding onto stress here. Repeat this exercise every hour until the spot is no longer tender. See the red dots on the diagram below for help finding the correct area to apply pressure.
