Reflex points can assist the body in resetting the immune system and can lower stress that may be built up in different areas of the body. The video discusses neurolympahtic points that can be stimulated and improve our immune system and lungs.
Finding the reflex points
These specific reflex points are found in the middle of the body on the chest. Try to feel where the collarbone comes in and attaches to the breastbone. Below that and one inch out from that is the reflex point. Feel where your ribs connect to the breastbone and find the space underneath the first rib. Once you find the spot, place light pressure onto the point for 30 seconds, on both sides of the chest. This area may be tender, meaning that you are holding onto stress in this area. After you complete this, come back in an hour and repeat the same course of action, if the spot is still tender. As you continue, the area should become less tender, if it doesn’t, this proves that you body is under stress. Continue this practice until that spot is less tender so that your body is able to improve its function.
