What is Health Coaching?

Improving your health on your own can be a daunting task. That is why working with your health care professional team can help move you in the right direction faster than on your own. An important part of your team is our Certified Health Coach. Our Health Coach works one on one with you to help you implement changes into your daily diet and lifestyle. She will address areas of nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress management- four important pillars of health and wellbeing. While working with Stacey, you will develop a plan that is tailored to your individual needs. Each session you will focus on implementing small changes to the four pillars of health, troubleshooting areas of concern, and learn to recognize symptoms and signals that will help you self-correct and lead you on the path to better health.

Sessions are either weekly or every other week and last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your needs and the program you choose. Each session is held through Zoom video conference. During the program you will also receive support through email for questions and concerns that arise between sessions. Any medical concerns or issues that are out of her scope of practice will be passed off to Dr. Puckette and his team to insure the best possible care.
